Oh Netflix, why? Ever since I joined two years ago and became one of the millions of users, every movie I’ve been dying to see are now just a click away. Especially when they activated Watch Instantly for Mac users, renting movies from the video store is very much so 1999. A thing in the past.
So far, I have 7 movies left in my Instant queue. I can always add more, but adding more movies can get a bit overwhelming. Aside from that, I have 34 movies in my At Home movie queue, and I don’t think I’ll be able to go through all of them this year without adding more from the New Releases. It’s been a while since I’ve veged with Netflix. It usually happens from television series — Dexter, Weeds, The L Word…Mad Men, and that hasn’t happened for a while. When life gets in the way, Netflixing is in the back burner, which is a good thing. I wouldn’t want to sit around and watch movies all day. My Instant movie viewing usually starts late at night or when I travel.
I don’t think I can go back going to the video store. I’ve retired my Blockbuster card years ago after signing up for Netflix. For such a low price of $9 a month with unlimited Watch Instantly and unlimited one movie at a time, my Blockbuster Nights are now Netflix Whenever!
